There are many Toshiba lovers out there so this news should be of some interest to you, have you been on your knees praying and hoping for the beast of a machine X205-SLI to get an update with a Penryn chip.
Well pray and hope no more because the wait is finally over people, just recently announced Toshiba are pushing out the 17 inch Toshiba Satellite X205-SLi2 and X205-SLi4.
Both of these laptops will have 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo T8100 processors, built-in Harman Kardon speakers, with subwoofer, integrated HD DVD-ROM / DVD burner, twin 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT GPUs, 2GB of DDR2 RAM, 160GB 5400 RPM drives, 802.11a/g/n WiFi, 1,440 x 900 resolution panel, fingerprint reader, microphone, webcam and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR.
To make things a little sweeter the Toshiba X205-SLi4 will have an extra GIG of memory, external USB HDTV tuner, 7200 RPM HDDs, bundled remote and 1,680 x 1,050 panel.
Prices start at around $1,999.99 going up to $2,499.99.
